What we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it — and how to make us delete it.
HireLumo is a recruitment agency run by Oana Andreea Cojoc, based in Northampton, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information you give us. Contact us about anything in this notice at contact@hirelumo.co.uk.
We work as an employment agency: we find people and introduce them to businesses, and the business engages and pays them directly. We never charge people looking for work.
| If you're looking for work | Name, mobile number, email (optional), postcode, the type of work and working arrangement you want, when you can start, how far you can travel, driving licence type, how long you've held it, penalty points band, delivery experience, whether you have the right to work in the UK, and anything you choose to tell us. |

Later, if an introduction goes ahead, we may check documents such as your driving licence or right-to-work share code. We'll ask you for these directly and explain at the time; please don't send them through the website.
We don't sell your data and we don't use it for marketing anything other than our own recruitment services.
Candidate details are deleted 12 months after we last spoke to you, unless you ask us to keep them longer or we're legally required to keep a record of an introduction. Business enquiries are kept for 24 months. You can ask us to delete your details earlier at any time.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or get a copy to take elsewhere. Email contact@hirelumo.co.uk — we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to sort it out first.
Your details are sent over an encrypted connection, stored in a private database that isn't reachable from the internet, and visible only to HireLumo staff who need them. Our notification emails tell us that a new form has arrived but don't contain your details.
